Visit From a Czech Delegation

On 20 October a Czech delegation was welcomed to the offices in Argentinierstrasse.

Tomáš Gol from the Terezín Memorial will take part in the ongoing Gusen participation process as a representative of the Czech Republic. In order to assess the current situation first-hand, he visited the Vienna offices of the Mauthausen Memorial with two members of the Czech Embassy, Jakub Novák and Brigita Kraus. They were joined in discussions by Wolfgang Paul, chair of the International Advisory Board, and our curator Robert Vorberg. The discussions focused on the history and postwar history of the camp, as well as the starting point and aims of the participation process.
